Though I arrived with high expectations, the room surpassed them all: more spacious, more beautiful, and more serene than even the website suggested. It felt like discovering a hidden gem dressed in five-star polish.

Everything was perfect! From our arrival to departure, they treated us like royalty. It's definitely the best hotel experience I've ever had. Room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and super accommodating. Bar next to the pool had some of the best and unique cocktails! Pool itself was clean, large and relaxing. The jacuzzi was also nice. In general they really thought about the small details for your stay (such as sandals for the pool). We ordered room service one night and it was delicious!

This hotel has the best staff - they are all wonderful, polite and very helpful. The hotel is very, very clean and the room we had was absolutely lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and housekeeping decorated the bed and left me a bead bracelet as a gift (so thoughtful and a lovely thing for me to have as a keepsake). The pool is very nice and the Jacuzzi is heated. The terrace bar is a lovely place to sit and have a drink and we were very well looked after by the bartenders - so attentive and always happy to give us their time. Breakfast is served in either an air conditioned restaurant or on the outside terrace (whichever you prefer) both being a lovely place to sit and eat. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and quality was high. We loved our stay and would happily recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff.

Maladee Rendezvous surpassed all expectations, deserving nothing less than a glowing 5-star review! From the moment of our arrival, the staff's dedication to our comfort and satisfaction was evident. We were greeted with a charming tea service, setting the tone for the exceptional hospitality that followed. Notably, each visit to the swimming pool was accompanied by complimentary poolside refreshments, a gesture that added to our overall enjoyment. The accommodations were superb, featuring a plush bed and an indulgent tub for relaxation. The culinary offerings at the restaurant were a highlight, with the Pad Thai and sticky mango rice dessert being particularly memorable. Concerns about raw produce were swiftly dispelled, as we encountered no issues with freshness or quality. While the fitness center was compact, it was well-equipped, catering to all my exercise needs. Personally, I found great pleasure in daily laps within the expansive pool. Furthermore, the inclusion of a complimentary mini-bar stocked with glass-bottled water was a thoughtful touch, catering to those with preferences beyond sugary beverages. In every aspect, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The impeccable service, superb amenities, and delightful experiences made our stay truly unforgettable. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to Maladee Rendezvous!

- Some of the best service I've had at a hotel! They don't let you lift a finger. There's always someone nearby, ready to assist you with anything. Everyone is so friendly and goes the extra mile. - Very accommodating with food, eg they had a halal menu - Lovely breakfast options - GORGEOUS hotel, the pool area is stunning - Daily activities at the hotel - Rooms are so pretty, I loved the robes! - Very clean and staff are so helpful, they installed google chromecast when we asked to - Dyson hairdryers!! Such a treat

Everything! This was literally the best stay we’ve ever had, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, the staff is so nice and all the services were simply incredible (cleaning, reception, pool, breakfast, luggage carrier, security)! We are so so happy with this hotel, they really exceed our expectations and made our stay in Chiang Mai more than amazing! Thank you to all the staff team.

We had a brilliant stay at the Maladee. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (even offered to prepare us takeaway breakfast for our early start) and the hotel room and pool area was spotless. There were so many little touches we appreciated, such as complimentary afternoon tea, fruit in the room, a complimentary drink with turndown service etc., which went above and beyond what we expected. Just to note it’s a 30-minute walk to Old Town where a lot of the markets are. We enjoyed the walk into town but might not be for everyone.

We stayed at Maladee Rendevous for 4 nights. Our room was beautifully appointed and very clean with pool access which was great. The staff were helpful, friendly and extremely attentive - made you feel very special. The location was an easy walking distance to the night market and old city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and we have booked the presidential suite on the top floor, it was a great experience, the staff are great and very nice, thank you for your warm welcome to my family.

Plenty of options with a small buffet of fruits, yoguhurts, pastries and more. Menu had a mix of both western and Thai cuisine
